Starting at 2 pm on Thursday 8th, our first session will be the inaugural National Symposium on Research in Rehabilitation. The afternoon start aims to accommodate all those travelling to join us and we have deliberately planned a busy and varied first session, lasting just under 6 hours. Participants may wish to target particular sessions and are welcome to come and go between speakers.
The morning of Friday 9th features a symposium entitled 'The Heart of the Mind' and will explore the complex inter-dependencies between body, spirit and the core of what makes us human. Friday afternoon will feature a symposium on Assistive Technology and Bio-Interfaces.
A great line-up of speakers has already been arranged from Ireland and further afield; you could join them! We would be delighted to receive abstracts and poster submissions on related issues, as well as entries to our guest paper competitions; just follow the links on at the bottom of the page.
There are separate tickets for each of the three sessions, or at a discount rate for attendance all sessions. There are even better discounts for Early Birds! In addition, a small number of heavily discounted student tickets are available for whole-time students in a rehabilitation related discipline. (Tickets cannot be transferred).
All sessions include refreshments at breaks, but only the 'Full Event' and Student tickets automatically include the subsidised lunch on the Friday.
